For the Swiss subsidiary of IG Group, C-Matrix designed the local Instagram account (@igbank_switzerland) to help build their profile and business amongst their target audience of retail traders.  

Our program commenced with the development of strategic options in close collaboration with IG Bank and according to CI/CD standards. Our unique combination of trading, strategic communication and creative skills, enabled us to provide a successful and varied program. All communications are designed to enhance the trading experience of their clients – from the latest research, trends and insights, upskilling opportunities with leaders in their field, to weekly overviews. We used a combination of formats, including videos with experts, animation and news of the week. As a result IG Bank has reinforced its positioning as a trusted partner for retail traders.

Discovery of the Week

For editorial planning and team collaboration, we recommend the tool Airtable. This online tool enables you to streamline the project management around your digital media campaigns. From a creative perspective, it allows you to build the planned content around your ideas. Despite the Excellike format, Airtbale easily enables prepared formats and the final designs to be uploaded directly within the corresponding row. As everything is in one place, this helps to streamline the review and approval process. In addition, the e-mail automation function ensures that you and your project team members will be informed about the project steps and will be up to date on progress until the final version is posted.
